Our company provides steel framed component wall systems engulfed with Expanded Polystyrene Foam Insulation as well as conventional light gauge panelization.

 With the ability to erect homes in days and complete commercial projects faster than conventional wood and steel framing, our Research and Development department has spent the past 22 months developing labor saving equipment to insure our panel costs stay competitive in today’s market place. This allows us to produce energy-efficient and cost-effective structures with superior quality and faster production.

 GreenSteel was formed to take advantage of the "Booming Age in Steel Stud Construction". It has been created and developed to serve a multi-purpose need for commercial builders and residential homebuilders alike.

 Our goal is to introduce our proven technology worldwide to commercial developers, residential builders and customers that are in need of a quality construction product that is energy efficient, quicker to erect and more economical. The GreenSteel drafting department has developed a panelized building program to create and ensure complete accuracy on all construction projects, with the use of revolutionary new modeling software.

 The software converts commercial and residential plans into calculated and accurate manufacturing instructions for our wall and roof panels. We then take general specifications and construction principles and convert lumber to steel studs and expanded polystyrene insulation panels. By doing so, we have taken the guesswork away from the construction site and developed a more accurate process.

 Traditional construction methods allow for a variance of up to one inch. With thorough and detailed drawings, we can eliminate the "craftsmen" that are necessary to complete projects. By having our manufacturing plant follow simple and very specific drawings and dimensions, our company achieves an amazing accuracy of precision to within 1/8 inch tolerance on commercial and residential projects.

 GreenSteel works closely with developers, engineers and architects to ensure accurate and detailed plans from our drafting department. We strive for a strong and professional working relationship.
