Standard PISF's Panel:

1. 6.5 inches thick with 4 inches EPS foam insulation.
2. 1  inch thermal break over all framing members.
3. Expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) 1 pound desity up to 40% recycled.
4. Steel framing members are located at 12 inches, 16 inches or 24 inches on-center.
5. Steel framing members can be up to 68% recycled material.
6. Wall heights up to 24'
7. Panels will be punched top and bottom for electrical chases.
8. 2.5 inches continuous mechanical chase and open-air space.
9. Headers will be provided over all openings they are sized and based on design loads.
10. Headers are fully insulated with a 1 inches thermal break.
11. Rough openings will be sized and fitted to manufacturers specifications.
12. Tox-Lox Fasteners/#10 pan head screws/5/8" Tek-pins
13. Total width 7 inches +/- 1/16
14. Available panel thickness range from 3.5 - 8 inches.
15. GST also manufacturers roof and floor panel.
